Time to check on your Patio Awning?

With the recent cold, wet weather it is hard to think about your patio awning.

However the sun will shine again and we'll soon be complaining "it's too hot" - just like we do every year.

On the next calm day open all your patio awnings and check that the covers are still servicable or perhaps you may like to change the fabric and give the outside of the house a lift.

The fabric covers are replaceable on all Deans Domestic Awnings and, when we change the cover we will make sure all the fixings are safe and secure.

Care for freezing awnings

Do not operate or use your awning in freezing conditons.
Do not allow snow or ice to accumulate on the awning.
If it is frozen then do not operate until the mechanism has thawed.
If have attempted to use an electric awning when it is frozen and it jams consult a specialist before going further as permanent damage may occur on thawing.
