  • Retract you awning if it is windy or such conditions are expected.
  • Retract your awning in heavy rain or such condiotions are expected.
  • Never leave your awning out when you are not present.
  • Do not rely totally on wind control devices as they can be beaten by quick gusts - they are an aid only.
  • Do not allow ice to accumulate on the exterior blind or awning.
  • Do not alolow snow to settle on the awning.
